Feeling unwell on a daily basis can affect your quality of life. In a confidential space, we will deepen your self-knowledge, broaden your perspectives and develop practical tools for your well-being.


Are you in a crisis, feeling exhausted or suffering from depression? Are worries and fears taking up a lot of space in your life? Do you have relationship problems?


With my multicultural experience and having lived in five countries, including my own migration to Switzerland, I know how to see people in their diversity. I offer comprehensive psychological support in German, English and French. 


Together we will deal with your current challenges, find ways to deal with feelings, thoughts and behaviour patterns in the here and now. The aim is to free you from painful experiences of the past, dissolve entrenched beliefs and deepen your relationship with yourself.
