Healing through Reconnection is an 70 -minute ritual space where voice, movement, and presence come together to gently open what has been held tight. In this gathering, you are invited to slow down, exhale, and reconnect with your inner landscape beyond roles, pressure, and performance.
The journey weaves intimate live singing performance of Afi Sika with a guidance through a movement and voice exploration . With simple, accessible invitations, you can feel into how your body wants to move or rest, and how your voice wants to sound today—whether through humming, tones, or gentle sounds. The Ritual creates a safe resonance field where emotions can soften, the body can unwind, and a sense of being held becomes tangible.
